This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules regarding membership payments, subscription cancellations, ambassador participation fees, and refund eligibility associated with UGSN services and programs.

By purchasing, subscribing, registering, or participating in any UGSN membership, platform, or ambassador program, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital Membership & Service Platform

UGSN is a digital membership, networking, community, and platform-based service.

Upon successful payment, members may immediately receive access to:

  • community environments
  • digital platforms
  • ambassador systems
  • referral dashboards
  • member resources
  • networking opportunities
  • educational/community content
  • platform features and participation access

Because access is provided digitally and may begin immediately after purchase, all payments are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. No Refund Policy

All membership fees, subscription payments, ambassador fees, and digital access payments made to UGSN are non-refundable.

UGSN does not provide refunds for:

  • unused membership time
  • inactive accounts
  • lack of participation
  • dissatisfaction after access is granted
  • ambassador inactivity
  • missed opportunities
  • user cancellation after payment
  • removal resulting from policy violations
  • failure to use platform features

Once access to UGSN services or digital environments has been granted, payments cannot be reversed or refunded.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Members may cancel their recurring subscription at any time.

Cancellation will:

  • stop future recurring charges
  • prevent future billing cycles
  • maintain access through the remainder of the active billing period unless otherwise stated

No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

4. Ambassador Program Payments

UGSN Ambassador Program participation fees and related subscription payments are non-refundable.

Ambassador access includes immediate activation of platform systems, referral tools, tracking systems, and community participation access.

Failure to actively participate or generate referrals does not qualify for a refund.

5. Duplicate Charges & Billing Errors

If a member believes they were charged incorrectly due to:

  • duplicate billing
  • unauthorized transactions
  • technical payment errors

they must contact UGSN support within a reasonable timeframe for review.

UGSN reserves the right to investigate billing disputes and determine appropriate resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Members agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

  • account access may be suspended
  • ambassador access may be terminated
  • commissions may be withheld
  • future platform access may be restricted

UGSN reserves all rights regarding disputed transactions.

7. Policy Violations

Members removed for violations of:

  • community rules
  • ambassador policies
  • platform guidelines
  • terms of service

are not eligible for refunds.

8. Modifications to This Policy

UGSN reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated policies become effective immediately upon posting to the official website.
