4. Compensation

Any earnings depend on many factors including, but not limited to:

• Member participation

6. Marketing Guidelines

Ambassadors agree to market UGSN honestly and professionally.

Members may not:

• Make false or misleading income claims

• Guarantee earnings

• Misrepresent UGSN or its services

• Spam individuals or groups

• Use deceptive advertising

• Violate the policies of social media platforms

UGSN reserves the right to suspend or terminate Ambassador participation for violations of these guidelines.

7. Community Standards

Members agree not to post or promote:

• Hate speech

• Harassment

• Threats

• Discrimination

• Illegal activities

• Fraudulent content

• Pornographic material

• Excessive spam

UGSN reserves the right to remove content or terminate memberships that violate these standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All UGSN branding, logos, graphics, marketing materials, videos, written content, trademarks, website content, and designs remain the property of Universal Growth Support Network unless otherwise stated.

Members may use approved marketing materials solely for promoting UGSN.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

9. Marketing Materials

UGSN may provide promotional materials to eligible Ambassadors.

Marketing materials remain the intellectual property of UGSN and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Ambassadors may not alter official marketing materials in ways that misrepresent UGSN or its programs.

10. Refund Policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated by UGSN.

Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

11. Account Termination

UGSN reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates applicable laws

• Engages in fraudulent activity

• Harms the community

• Misuses the Ambassador Program

Termination may result in loss of community access and Ambassador privileges.
