By participating in UGSN, you agree to comply with all rules, expectations, and policies outlined below.

1. Purpose of the Community

UGSN was built to encourage positive growth, collaboration, leadership, opportunity, and supportive networking environments.

Our goal is to maintain a professional, respectful, safe, and growth-focused atmosphere for all members.

2. Expected Member Conduct

All members are expected to:

  • Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
  • Treat other members with dignity and respect
  • Encourage positivity and constructive engagement
  • Support a safe and welcoming environment
  • Contribute toward community growth and development
  • Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies

3. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following behavior, content, or activity is strictly prohibited within all UGSN environments, including but not limited to websites, chats, groups, channels, platforms, ambassador activities, and community spaces:

Illegal or Harmful Activity

  • Illegal activity or discussions involving illegal activity
  • Fraud, scams, theft, or deceptive conduct
  • Criminal-related content or behavior
  • Content involving weapons, illegal drugs, or unlawful activity
  • Content that may incriminate members, leadership, partners, or the community

Harassment & Abuse

  • Threats or intimidation
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Racism or targeted attacks
  • Abusive or hostile conduct toward members

Inappropriate Content

  • Pornography or explicit sexual content
  • Nudity or adult material
  • Graphic violence or disturbing content
  • Excessive profanity or vulgar behavior
  • Harmful or destructive material

Misuse of the Community

  • Spam or repetitive posting
  • False or misleading information
  • False advertising or deceptive promotion
  • Attempts to disrupt or damage the community environment
  • Negative behavior intended to divide or harm the community
  • Promotion of dangerous or destructive lifestyles

Policy Violations

  • Violations of platform policies
  • Violations of applicable laws or regulations
  • Activity that creates liability or reputational harm for UGSN, its members, leadership, ambassadors, or partners

4. Community Protection & Enforcement

UGSN reserves the right to:

  • Review community activity
  • Remove content
  • Restrict access
  • Suspend accounts
  • Remove members or ambassadors
  • Limit participation privileges

if behavior is determined to be:

  • unsafe
  • unlawful
  • harmful
  • inappropriate
  • disruptive
  • misleading
  • abusive
  • damaging to the community environment

5. Warning & Removal Policy

Members who violate community guidelines may receive one warning at the discretion of UGSN leadership or moderation teams.

If violations continue after a warning is issued, the member may be permanently removed from UGSN platforms, groups, communities, ambassador programs, or related environments without further notice.

UGSN reserves the right to immediately remove users for serious violations without prior warning when necessary to protect the community.

6. Ambassador Conduct

UGSN Ambassadors are expected to represent the community professionally and ethically at all times.

Ambassadors may not:

  • Misrepresent UGSN
  • Make false income claims
  • Engage in deceptive promotion
  • Use abusive marketing tactics
  • Damage the reputation of the platform or community

Violations may result in:

  • account suspension
  • commission forfeiture
  • ambassador removal
  • permanent platform restrictions

7. Community Environment

UGSN is intended to remain a positive, professional, growth-oriented environment focused on:

  • leadership
  • opportunity
  • mentorship
  • networking
  • entrepreneurship
  • support
  • elevation
  • legacy
  • community impact

All members are encouraged to contribute positively toward the long-term success and culture of the community.

8. Changes to This Policy

UGSN reserves the right to modify or update this Community Ethics Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the official website or platform.

Continued participation in UGSN constitutes acceptance of any updated policies.

9. Agreement

By accessing, joining, participating in, or remaining within any UGSN platform, group, program, or community environment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Community Ethics Policy.
